Swim Lessons

The first workshop, FLOW Fundamentals, teaches you the basics of “free energy” (balance and timing). It is great for novice swimmers, triathletes, and those who just want a tune-up on their stroke technique. Once you’ve mastered the basics, FLOW Propulsion is our next workshop. In this workshop, you’ll learn the finer points of propulsion found in the rhythmic connection between the catch and kick.
