"I've been involved with triathlon for a little over one year. Coming from a rock climbing background, triathlon evolved into an unlikely passion of mine. From the beginning, I've strived to learn as much as possible about triathlon, and even co-started a triathlon club at the Boise State campus to help others get involved. What draws me to triathlon is the companionship of my fellow triathletes, and their general passion for the sport and for life in general. I've yet to meet a triathlete I don't like!"

Testimonial
"I recently took part in the Performance High/Therapeutic Associates Run Technique Clinic. I was hoping to gain some key insights into proper running technique and was definitely not disappointed. All the participants were videotaped running, which was incredibly helpful in applying the key technique tips we received, as we could easily see what we could do better.
"Overall this clinic was incredibly beneficial. I consider myself a decent runner, and left feeling like I learned some key insights on how I can further improve my running form."
