Performance High's "Boston or Best" Programs use the latest information available to develop the best, most effective program for YOU! Our focus is quality training, rather than just "more mileage," so that you can get a PR and/or qualify for Boston!
Coach Brian says: I have explored many training strategies over the years, hoping to find the "magic workout"...everything from 100-mile weeks to track ladders to 800's. The thing I've found to be the most consistent performance enhancer is adequate recovery. This little secret is what keeps me healthy and running well on less training time than most!
Prerequisite Minimums
- Completed 3 marathons within last 5 years
- Average 25 miles per week
- Injury-free for last 6 months

Monday, May 3, 2010 to early October 2010
