Our “Tri Three” Training Programs will help you get ready for the triathlon of your choice. We offer superior coaching, a fun group environment, & loads of tri-specific information.
Ironman program begins in Nov. 70.3 program begins in Jan. 2009. Olympic program begins in Apr. 2009.

- Training programs available for three distances: Ironman (Coeur d’Alene), Half-Endurance (Boise 70.3), Olympic (Spudman)
- The only local programs created & run by a USA Triathlon Level 2 (Elite) Coach
