"I recently took PH’s Run Technique Clinic and have been very pleased with the results. I’ve been working on my run technique (by reading books on Pose method & Chi running) for the past 4 months, but having someone see me and explain the direct application of the technique made all the difference. I did a brick workout a week after the run clinic (1 hour bike plus 3-mile run) and it felt great. Faster times and no pain! Thank you!"
