Crispy Skillet Turkey Burgers

Burgers go with Summer like peanut butter & jelly, green eggs & ham, fish & chips, Scooby-Doo & Shaggy…but I digress…!  If you’re a bit bored of beef burgers, then you’ll definitely want to try this recipe.  But don’t be put off by the “turkey” part.  While many turkey burger recipes can be dry & tasteless, these Crispy Skillet Turkey Burgers are absolutely moist & delish.  Enjoy!

Ingredients

Combine turkey, panko, cheese, mayo, salt & pepper in a bowl.  Mix with your hands.  Pat turkey mixture into four 3/4″-thick patties, about 4″ in diameter.
 
Heat oil in 12″ skillet over medium heat until shimmering.  Add patties & cook until well-browned & meat registers 160 deg, about 5 min per side.  Enjoy!
