If you’re ready to conquer your fear of water, Coach Michelle Wiens’ Water Mastery Lessons are perfect for you. In these four lessons, you can expect…

  • A calm, relaxed and private environment to work in
  • A shallow warm pool with many tools to address your needs
  • An emphasis on understanding, control, your current state…and fun!

Together we’ll help you learn how to be more comfortable in the water as well as critical water safety skills such as getting to air, easier breathing, blowing bubbles (watch video below to learn how to do this in your own house), and floating front and back.

Blowing bubbles is the 1st step to overcoming fear of water. Here’s a way you can start to practice in the comfort of your own kitchen!
