To Control
- Track food intake & response
- Elimination tests
- Change how you eat
- Eat regularly (every 2-3hrs)
- Eat smaller portions
- Eat slowly
- Eat a wider variety of foods on a regular basis
- Eat less processed foods (simple carbs, salt, fat)
- Drink LOTS of water
- Exercise regularly
