Using free version of My Fitness Pal to Food Journal

Calories…
- Daily calories are higher than expected
- Meat throws cal’s waaaaay up
- Beers can have very different cal counts
Distribution
- Carbs – Average 40% (at goal)
- Pro – Average 18% (way below goal of 30%)
- Fat – Average 45% (way above goal of 30%)
- Fiber – Average 25g (right at goal of 25g)
- Sugar – Average 78cal (under goal of 100cal)
Little Things…
- Mayo (1T = 100cal), Avocado (1/2 = 117cal), Salad Dressing (1T = 35cal), Maple Syrup (2T = 105cal)
- So much easier to eat cal’s than to burn them!!
