Preheat oven to 350 deg.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Combine sugar, pumpkin, applesauce, water & eggs in a bowl & mix well. In another bowl combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt & spices. Mix into wet ingredients. Add dried fruit & nuts\/seeds & mix well.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Oil or butter a 9″ x 5″ loaf pan. Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake for 65-75 min or until toothpick inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool for 15 min in pan. Remove from pan & cool completely on wire rack. Enjoy!<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
