Ingredients<\/h3>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

• 1 bunch asparagus<\/li>\r\n
• Olive oil (butter would be tasty too!)<\/li>\r\n
• Salt & Pepper<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n

  Snap off woody bottom part of asparagus spears & discard. Heat up a skillet on medium heat & add olive oil (or butter).\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

  Add asparagus & saut\u00e9 occasionally tossing with spatula.\u00a0 Cook until asparagus is tender & slightly charred.<\/p>\r\n

  Remove from heat & add salt & pepper.\u00a0 If desired, you can also add a squirt or two of lemon juice.\u00a0 Enjoy! \u00a0<\/p>\r\n
