A Week in My Life – Sunday, Feb. 5, 2023
For work, I coach one swim session. I know I said I have “work-free” weekends…I guess this technically isn’t true. However, this one swim session is one of my most enjoyable coaching sessions of the week! It’s relaxed, loose, mellow & fun! Is it technically “work”? Yes. But I love it!
For exercise, my Oura data was all back to normal, so I did a longer walk to a couple of stores. To train for the Timberline Trail we’ve taken to walking as many places around town as possible. At first it seemed so daunting to “walk to WinCo & grocery shop” or to “walk to dinner”. But now these walks have become a regular part of our week. I actually really enjoy them! In fact…we’ve even walked to the airport to catch flights!! Talk about a feeling of freedom!!
