“Back to Basics” Technique Sessions (Sept-Oct)
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30 AM at Axiom Parkcenter
At the start of our indoor swim workout season we take 2 months to focus on technique, technique and more technique. During “Back to Basics” sessions we delve into the nitty-gritty of all 4 strokes: Freestyle, Backstroke, Butterfly and Breaststroke. Think you don’t need this? Well, think again. Learning how each of the strokes work will improve your:
- Power
- Speed
- Confidence
- Versatility
- and your Freestyle!
Cost is $15 / workout or $100 per month.
Swim Training Workouts (Nov-May)
Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:30 AM at Axiom Parkcenter
If the thought of solo swimming doesn’t excite you, join our Swim Training workouts. We have a welcoming vibe along with fun and creative swim sets. Let the “power of the group” improve your:
- Motivation
- Accountability

Cost is $15 / workout or $100 per month.
Open Water Workouts (Jun-Aug)
It’s cold, it’s dark…and there are fish!! Even if you’re a strong swimmer, doing open water swims (OWS) solo just really isn’t smart. To get your OWS fix or simply to improve your comfort level out there, join our group swims. We have lifeguards for peace-of-mind and super creative workouts for fun and fitness! Great for triathletes!
To participate, you’ll need:
- Full wetsuit
- Swimmer safety buoy
- 2 swim caps
Optional gear:
- Neoprene swim cap
- Neoprene swim booties
- Neoprene swim gloves
- Silicon ear plugs
Cost is $25 / workout.
Sunday Technique Sessions (by invite only)
Sunday 8:00-9:00 AM at Axiom Parkcenter
Mastering technique requires regular practice and feedback – exactly why we created Sun Technique Sessions. Through a combination of drill, swim and specific individualized feedback, these group swims will make you a better swimmer regardless of your skill level.
FINAL NOTE: If the thought of swimming in a group makes your heart rate skyrocket, Private Swim Lessons are a great option. In these one-on-one sessions we can address all your needs in a very individualized way. Whether you need technique help or an awesome workout, we can help!
