- Fall into 4 categories
- Physical
- Intellectual
- Emotional
- Spiritual
Physical:
- Exercising regularly
- Eating better quality food
Intellectual:
- Reading books
- Meditation
Emotional:
- Being vulnerable
- Working on your own shortcomings before pointing fingers at others
Spiritual:
- Working on something bigger than yourself
- Helping others not like you
