What do nutrition, fitness, and essential oils have in common? Essential oils are not just a nice smelling aroma to enjoy around the house. The many health benefits from using essential oils can fill an encyclopedia. In fact, when those seeking natural, plant-based solutions for their health concerns, I give them a textbook full of useful essential oil protocols, an oil dictionary, and an array of helpful wellness tips.

So why should you care? In an age where technology is readily available making our everyday lives easier, we are constantly bombarded with toxins, chemicals, and physical stressors that make it hard for our bodies to function to its full capacity. These bombardments slow down our body’s ability to process toxins effectively which can slow down our metabolism, interrupt our hormones, increase irritability, increase stress, and so much more.

Now, I don’t want to scare you because we can still enjoy the comforts of technology and still give our bodies a fighting chance. That’s where nutrition, fitness,  and essential oils come in.

I’m sure by now Michelle has given you the skinny on fitness. Your body needs movement to increase blood flow, lower your risk of type 2 diabetes, reduce stress, reduce anxious feelings and so much more. Nutrition is another key to any health routine. You can run 10 miles every day but if you’re shoving your face full of processed foods, fried foods, ice cream, and potato chips, your body will eventually give out. 

Add essential oils into your daily health routine and you will create a powerhouse inside your body. This is where I come in. Essential oils are powerful plant extracts that have been used for millennials. Ancient Egyptians Pharaohs used essential oils for their healing abilities.
