Oatmeal or Sweet Potato Protein Smoothie
- 1 c regular rolled oats, cooked OR 4 oz sweet potato, cooked
- 1 scoop protein powder (your flavor choice)
- 1/4 to 1/2 t cinnamon
- Water to make blending easier
- Spinach – as much as you want!
Blend all in blender or Nutribullet. Enjoy!
Broccoli Protein Smoothie
- 1 handful frozen broccoli florets
- 1 scoop protein powder (your flavor choice)
- Splash of lemon juice
- 1/4 to 1/2 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t ginger, ground (can also use fresh ginger to taste)
- 1/8 t turmeric
- Water to make blending easier
- Spinach – as much as you want!
