- Why wear sunscreen? To prevent skin cancer.
- Why brush our teeth & go to the dentist? To prevent our teeth from rotting & falling out.
While it’s not flashy, taking care of your body through nutrition & exercise is vital to long-term health & disease prevention.

Most people tell me there is nothing more important than their health, both mental AND physical. Yet, when it comes to paying for help to improve our health, we see it as “too expensive”.
