  • Too vague
  • Not realistic
  • Too big
  • Not measurable
  • No contingency plans for tough days 

How are your New Year’s Resolutions coming along?

1. Too vague?  Not realistic?

  • Redefine your overall goal.

2. Too big?  Not measurable?

  • Refine & narrow your overall goal.
  • Create Daily Process Steps that support overall goal
  • Create a tracking system – calendar, penny jar, app

3. No contingency plan?

  • Regroup & move forward
  • Patience, grace to self
  • Community helps – partner, group structure, best friend
