The Home “Office”

  • COVID = working from home
  • We’re not set up for good working ergonomics
    • The kitchen table, the couch = poor posture

The Cell Phone

  • Terrible for posture!

Poor Posture

  • Screen too low
  • Eyes looking down
  • Head tilted forward
  • No back support
  • Rounded backs

Correct Posture

  • Ears aligned w/ shoulders
  • Screen at eye height
  • Feet flat on floor
  • Back supported

Best Exercise for Awesome Posture!

  • Scapular Retraction
  • Can do in your chair…every hour!
  • Technique Tips:  
    • Shoulders down & back
    • Chin in neutral
    • Chest pushed forward
