Ingredients
- protein – whatever you have on hand (See NOTES)
- small flour or corn tortillas
Toppings (all optional)
- tomatoes, chopped
- radishes, thinly sliced
- cabbage, finely chopped or shredded
- pickled onions & jalapenos
- avocado, diced
- cilantro, chopped
- cotija cheese
- fresh limes
Warm tortillas in hot skillet or in microwave. Fill tortillas with protein & toppings. Enjoy!
