Why Get Up at 5:30AM to Swim?

Sometimes I forget how long I’ve been coaching & working with people.  Twenty-two years ago I started Performance High by offering part-time endurance coaching.  Then, in 2011, I added adult swim lessons & group swim workouts.  The group swim workouts are the hard one – they start at 5:30AM!  Why get up at 5:30AM to swim?  Community!  That’s where April Howell
